Annual Assembly of Cooperativa Gestione dei Trasporti - Friday 12 January 2024

Dear Associates, 

 

The annual Assembly of the Cooperativa Gestione dei Trasporti will be summoned in first convocation on Friday 29 December 2023 at 7,30 a.m. and in second convocation on Friday 12 January 2024 at 3,30 p.m.

 

Please note that the financial statements are available for your consultation, by appointment, at the office of the Cooperativa.

 

Please note that:

• All the Associates can participate in person or by delegation. 

• The delegation can be given to another Associate in accordance with the current regulations.

• Each Associate can be the representative of other non-participating Associates and will have to express the vote according to the delegating party's instructions.

• According to Article 2538 of the Civil Code, only Associates who have been registered in the associates' register for at least 90 days are entitled to vote at the meeting.

 

Please find here below some important information for those who do not wish to be present on-site on Friday 12 January 2024 at 3.30 p.m. but wish to participate online.

 

For the correct participation in the above-mentioned meeting, each participating Member must comply with the following instructions:

 

1.      The Associate must connect to the meeting by 3.20 p.m. (deadline of 10 minutes from the indicated time).

          In the event of a delay, the Associate shall not be considered to be present and shall therefore not be able to vote on the items on the agenda.

2.      Each Associate shall confirm his/her attendance at the roll call, which shall be carried out by the Secretary. 

3.      In order to allow for correct identification, the Associate shall activate the video connection and maintain the video connection active throughout the meeting.

4.      Each Associate shall attend the meeting in person, except in the case of a delegation granted to a different person provided that he/she is a member of the Cooperativa.  

          For this purpose Associates are requested to indicate their name through the "user name" of the device used for the video connection.

5.      Each participant is requested to keep the microphone switched off for the entire duration of the meeting. 

         Any member wishing to take the floor must communicate this by a show of hands to reserve their place; the microphone will only be activated by the Secretary of the 

         meeting.

6.     Each member shall be called upon by the Secretary to cast his/her vote orally in relation to each item on the agenda.
