Dear Parents,

following a legal review requested by the Cooperativa, we have received confirmation that the disciplinary measures provided for in the Transport Contract and the related Regulations, signed by all families when registering for the service, are fully legitimate and must be applied uniformly and consistently in all similar cases.

As clarified by our legal advisor, these measures are not oppressive in nature, but are essential tools for ensuring safety, mutual respect and the proper functioning of the service.

The Cooperativa therefore has a duty to ensure uniformity of behaviour and consistency of treatment among all users, so as to prevent situations of inequality or possible disputes.

Therefore, from now on, disciplinary sanctions will be applied in full in accordance with the provisions of the Contract and the Regulations, in compliance with the principles of fairness, proportionality and transparency that have always inspired our educational and organisational activities.

We thank all families for their cooperation and trust, confident that shared respect for the rules will help to maintain a safe, peaceful and high-quality service for all pupils.
